Goods unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons (if unsealed after delivery)

Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

Sale or clearance items (unless required by law)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

We may arrange pickup or advise you of the nearest return location.

We recommend using a tracked and insured courier, as we cannot refund lost or damaged returns.

5. Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return.
